1.        APC-001. APC-001is a natural compound identified from a Chinese medicinal herb.  It is a mitotic blocker, but not a typical microtubule inhibitor.  It synergizes with microtubule inhibitors to inhibit tumor cell growth both in vitro and in animal models.   2.        APC-002. APC-001is a natural compound identified from a Chinese medicinal herb.  It is a mitotic blocker, but not a typical microtubule inhibitor.  It inhibits tumor cell growth both in vitro and in animal models.   3.        APC-003 APC-003 is an autophagy inducer.  It inhibits tumor growth in animal models.  It is a known drug but its use in treating cancer has not been reported.  It will be developed as a novel anti-cancer drug.   4.        APC-004 and APC-005. APC-004 and APC-005 are synthetic compounds that blocks cell mitosis at metaphase.  They preferentially induce apoptosis of M phase cells.  They are not typical microtubule inhibitors.   5.        APC-006 to APC-0012£º The APC-004 to APC-0012 are plant extract mixtures that inhibit cell mitosis.  They are identified from different traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.  The identities of the active components of the extracts are under investigation.  Some of them can inhibit tumor growth in mouse tumor model.  They are being developed as anti-cancer drugs.   6.        APC-0013 to APC-0015 APC-0013 to APC-0015 are plant extract mixtures that inhibit STAT-3 signal transduction.  They are identified from different traditional Chinese medicinal herbs.  The identities of the active components of the extracts are under investigation.  The extracts inhibit tumor growth in mouse tumor model.  They are being developed as anti-cancer drugs.
